This year wasn't as bad as the past few.
I'll graduate in 06, which is pretty cool I guess. I still don't know what to do after.
I won my accident case which is also pretty killer.
I haven't had any lung problems for like a year. also sweet.
I'm about to go over Kirby's right now. I look pretty fly.
Yeah, I think that's a good wrap up on the year...
The Green Day show was pretty sick too.

Monday we finished mixing the new songs for the cd. Mastering will be finished by the end of the week and then it will be sent to be printed. All very exciting stuff. I'd like to reiterate and say these songs are awesome.
Work tomorrow till 12am then friday till 2am, it's going to be horrible.
There was talk of a band Monopoly party saturday, It will rock.
Thanksgiving is this week, I enjoy it. The Friday after is my LEAST favourite day of the year. Why is it so necessary to buy? Esspecially on this particular day? Because the comercials tell you to? Stay home! Enjoy your holiday weekend with your family and friends! Buy Nothing. It is possible. We are the NUMBER ONE largest consumers in the WORLD! Give it a rest.
Dillinger Escape Plan/Bronx/HORSEtheband is in a few weeks, hopefully I can get off work for that, I was be quite disappointed if I missed it, last DEP show I went to some dude got some of his neck ripped off or something, it was crazy. Despite the emergency and the near fatal accident DEP was ridiculous. I've never seen The Bronx but have their cd and it fuckin' rocks, I can't wait to see them.
Against Me! is next week, I've been waiting to go for so long, let's hope this doesn't get postponed again.
Again, new cd, awesome, buy it in a month or so. Lots of shows in the next few weeks, come out, give me and the band hugs.
oh yeah..!

I forgot to mention Jimmy Q and the Road House Rocker Experience to a fuckin' rockin' job at Keystone Oak's Varieties. We're going to "playing" ,or maybe preforming is a better word, with Unarmed, Masters of the Universe, and The Turnarounds sometime in the future. It's going to be one awesome dance party with some InYoFace Rock/Dancin'SkaBeatz/RockNRoll/andsum/80s-00sClassics preformed by the four greatest bands ever to come out of this crazy city. I'll be sure to give more details when we decide on the place. I wish the spider lounge still existed... It would of been perfect.

Yo,
Unarmed finished recording our 6 song CD with the help of Erik and Jim from Big Boot Studios, Buff helped us out so much, he's a solid dude that's always willing to help if he can, The cd will be put out on The Atomic Family Records. Everything sounds awesome and I'm extremely excited to hear the final mixes. Tommy and some dudes from TAF are coming up with some awesome Art for the cover and insert. on top of that we're getting a PR kit together and something about a press release for the new cd when it's completely finished. I hope people like it as much as we do.
We played at St. Phillips gym last Saturday. It was a first highschool-aimed show in a really long time. Some dudes were getting brutal which was awesome. The sound exceptionally horrible but we played well for not really being able to hear anything. We sold ALL our shirts to! Which is awesome and sucks as the same time because we're not going to have enough money to get more printed and the new cds... I guess we'll have to wait until some cash comes in. We have a few shows coming up scattered around PA and possibly something in Maryland and West Virginia. Everything seems to be going well.
In other news..
My cousin wrote a paper on me for one of her classes and got an A on it! Her professor even told her to submit it to the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette to see if they'd publish it... That would be pretty sweet for something all about myself to be in the paper. I'm glad I am A worthly. I think I've just solved everyone who have troubles writing papers for school...just write about me...it's now proven...I am a great topic. w00t.
I need strings, picks, and new cables... I really need to get paid.
I have to go to trail for an accident I was in about a year an a half ago on Friday... Some dude hit into me...We already won this case once but they appealed it, which the attorny says was more of an "ego" move than thinking they are right. So I really hope we can pull a win out of this.
My house had no heat for about a week and a half, we finally got everything fixed and working tonight. Being cold all the time is pretty shitty.
That's seems good enough for now...
Oh,

Just got home from the Brave New World show with Isodora and The Vacancy. I had fun, even though it was ridiculously hot, which meant my lack of moving and therefore lack of any stage presence what so ever. But I think we played well. Emil's shit kept fucking up though. Oh well. Myspace was there in full effect. I seriously thought some of those people didn't exist.
We need another guitar player... Wanna play?

I quit my job today. I was sick of spening all my free time working. I hadn't played music for weeks and it started putting me in a really shitty mood. So I quit. I have time for school and practicing music once again. And above all, hanging out with everyone that I haven't in quite a long time.
I am happy. I am not worried about money. I may be in a a few weeks or whatever when gas prices are even higher than they are, but I'll worry about that when the time comes. Right now I am happy.
Unarmed is doing pretty well these days. We are being interviewed on Pitt Radio 92.1 this Friday at 4:00pm! and we're playing a bunch of shows with great bands like The Vacancy, ClearviewKills, The Weekend Warriors, Sing The Even Play The Odds, and other awesome people. Check out our myspace page www.mypace.com/unarmed for all the info on those.

Summer is coming to an end. It went amazingly fast, I can't believe it. I will start from the very beggining because I haven't updated much this whole summer, I've been really busy.
Summer started out amazing, every night for almost 2 weeks we went over Mike's, Rob's, mine, Ty's, or whoever else had a porch, or a view to share and smoked cigars and talked all night. Denny's played a big role in the late night hunger. Thank you Denny, thank you. One great story that comes to mind is, We were all over Chad's, sitting around the fire, his parents pissed because there were about 20 cars parked in front of his house, and Tyler tried a dip for the first time, I told him if he didn't like it to just spit it out, so he did, and he got amazingly f-ed. But didn't get sick. He was a man about it. We went to Denny's until he "sober'd" up.
We went to the pool almost every day for awhile aswell. Rob and I had a goal of getting our nipples as brown as possible, it was accomplished, Out tans were beaten by none, but sadly Football started and so did work, so the pool got cut out the first month. It was fun while it lasted though. We oiled up.
July was a really incredible month and will not be forgotten. 4th of July weekend was basically one non stop party at my house. People laughed, people cried, some people got serviced in my bathroom, others pissed on my floor, some got drawn on from head to toe, the rest drew on ourselves to "hide" from getting blamed. Hell-ava-weekend.
I turned 18 this summer, again people came over the Kunash Household and we celebrated by lighting cigars in my backyard. Some people smoked their cigars, some chewed them, some tried to chew for the first time and puked their guts out all over my backyard, others put in doubles and partied hard. Great time, thanks to everyone that showed me the best birthday I've ever had.
We've been trying to make the newest movie (volume 6) now all summer, but things have just been way busy and entertaining to stop and try to throw it all together in one video, but it will come.
It's hard trying to remember everything that happened this summer, but as I remember I will update or back back and fill it in. One thing I remember was going to the St. Simon and Jude Fair, helping my mom paint faces for a little, then seeing Rob, Jeff, and the boys. Later Rob met his now Girlfriend thanks to the Love Connecter Jeff. Good Times
I started working at Giant Eagle Meat Dept. this summer, It was definitely something I had to get use to, but I think I'll stay there for awhile in school to make some money to pay for all the stupid items I enjoy purchasing. They had me working 46 hour weeks at one point, it was definitely hard getting through it but luckily I didn't miss to much. I do regret working all day until 9pm, coming home and falling right asleep, and missing a great time at Rob's house. But you can't go to em' all.
UNARMED definitely made some strides this summer... We played with one of our biggest inspirations, STRIKE ANYWHERE! It was amazing, everything went great, we sold all our tickets and the show was packed. We arrived at Mr. Small's around 4 or so, and walked into a Sound Checking Strike Anywhere. It was unbelivable to be able to hear a few songs before everyone else got to come in. I will never forget what Thomas from SA said when they were checking his vocal mic... "We got fuckin' Unarmed, The Code, From Ashes Rise, this is gonna be fuckin awesome!" Fucking rad. radass. rad. We also played with The Immpossebles for an "After Warped Tour Party" which was fun, but weird, being the only punk/rock band on the bill, I have to thank Jeffy for helping us pack and unload before the show at Jeff's. You rock. I was kind of bummed I couldn't go to Warped because of work, KTB even had a ticket for me. I felt bad saying I couldn't come. KTB rocks hard aswell.
August was another great month of working and hanging with awesome people. But not as eventful as July, It consisted of me working til 9 or so, then calling Rob or someone, and driving to where ever they were.
I read a few books, The Perks Of Being a Wallflower and Fight Club, I enjoyed both, they are my favourite.
Records Of The Summer! These are all the bands or records or songs that I listend to and made the summer even more awesome than it already was: Against Me! - Reinvented Axel Rose, I bought the red/clear vinyl version of the album this summer. awesome At The Drive-In In/Casino/Out and Relationship Of Command purchased both for the first times, amazing albums Audio Karate - Lady Melody This record will forever be the greatest BreakUp/New Relationship album. It tears down the girl of your dreams and builds her back up with every other track. Bouncing Souls - How I Spent My Summer Vacation , enough said Bright Eyes - I'm Wide Awake and It's Morning, yeah I know this lame but what can I say? The softer side of me enjoys it. The Bronx - Bat! EP, they are great. Dane Cook - Retaliation, this record came out a few weeks ago, and supplied myself and others with a summer's full of comedy. Great. Green Day - American Idiot, this record was amazing, I told Rob it sum'ed up our whole summer. The Shins - Chutes To Narrow, Nature Bears A Vacumm, Oh, Inverted World, These albums are amazing, I would come home from whatever I had done all night, and put these on and fall asleep. great. Ted Leo and The Pharmacists - Read The Shins Description. The Smiths - Louder Than Bombs, Perks Of Being A Wallflower got me listening to them, I'm glad.
And now, it's all almost over, and our(my) last year of highschool will start, that is crazy. All very clich'ed, but it is true. The last 3 years went crazy fast, and I'm sure this year will go even faster. I think I'll be a Massage/Rehabilitation Therapist after school... Maybe? Who Knows?
Well, thanks to everyone who read this whole thing, or hung out with me this summer, or talked to my on those boring late nights with nothing to do but talk on AIM. We're planning a Cook Out at Tyler's or Marcello's house TOMORROW AUG.28th for all you KO-Related friends of mine... Call him or me or leave a message here or on my AIM thang.
I will leave you with a quote from Robert Londino "We raped the shit out of this summer, for sure"
Love always,
Bret[unarmed,T,now senior]

Bored again.
Unarmed is doing pretty well. Our practices are getting more and more productive. We can write new songs relatively quickly. We just wrote a really short Paint It Black sounding joint(as emil calls them). neato stuff. I'd like to play in a band the rest of my life.
Anti-Flag signed to a major record label for their release of their next album. I am happy for them. It's funny how popular they are and are going to get from this. Some people are flipping out about it, they[a-f] don't seem to care. I've been told they have full creative control over lyrics and music. The MOST important part of any band. So I think everything will be the same, just on a bigger scale. I can now brag to people about how they helped my band record some songs a long time ago.
Last week we played a show at Mr. Smalls for some stupid scam battle of the bands. Tom, Emilio, and Jeff did great. I broke 3 strings in 2 songs. Which then led me to running back stage and almost fighting some kids to let me use their guitars. They ended up giving me some piece of shit Gibson Flying V which played and sounded like ass. I then played the rest of the show in the back of the stage by Jeff trying to focus on playing the songs correctly. I was so nervous and frustrated that is was almost impposible to play good. I think I did ALRIGHT giving the circumstances. I was pissed because before the guitar situation I was kind of excited to play. A lot or MOST of the other bands were pure shit.
There has been nothing to do for sometime now. Everyone has a girlfriend they'd rather be with than hang out, which is understandable. I guess.
I am trying to get a job. It's not working out.
I may travel to Cleveland with Katie to see Alkaline Trio next week. I hope I can get to go.
I'm spent.

When you are not bored you forget how bad it really is. I have been taking advantage of every small event this past week because I have been amazingly bored. There seems to be somewhat of an epipdemic of boredness lately. There is nothing to do on the weekends, little to no good shows to go to, and people seem to be kind of lame these past few weeks.
Last weekend I went to Mad Mex with Katie, it is always fun hanging out with her. She dared me to taste some of this hot sauce. It was hot. Way hot. Later that night I picked up Tmann and we went to get Milkshakes with Kirby[scott], Moo, and Brian/PunkNews/Scott's Friend. We then went back to Rob's house. Around 1:00am or so we decided to go get some Denny's. Back at Rob's we had a good time with some nasty beverages.
I finally got my Green Day tickets. 44 bucks a piece. I am going with my Friend Chris. It will be amazlying sweet. Mainly because I got Buff's floor seats. rock
Last week I went with Jeff and Scott to see half of Whatever It Takes, The Loved Ones, and Voice In The Wire. Chris#2 and Chris Wharton played really well acoustically. I really enjoyed hearing all those songs again. During their set I helped with whistling and what not. The crowd was pretty quiet so I'm pretty sure when A-F puts out that video I will be heard quite well. I am excited to see that performance again.
Unarmed finally has some shows coming up. March 29th at Roboto and either April 16or22 at Mr. Smalls. Tommy, our new singer is working out really well. Our new songs are amazing and I can't wait to play some of them for all you crazy kids. We've been getting pretty good comments on our 'new' ep with Tom.
A few days ago my iPod stopped working. I bought this service planned that the douche bag sales person said would get me a brand NEW one if ever mine stopped working. So I took mine to Best Buy and they tell me they can only send it out and my plan only covers that. I was[am] pissed. So now I will have to live on compact dics and mixed cds again. Which isn't all that bad.
I recently purchased/downloaded some really good albums. 'Frances The Mute' The Mars Volta, The Loved Ones Ep, 'Hot Damn' Every Time I Dia, 'Decendance' Head Automatica, 'I Am the Movie' Motion City Soundtrack,'Identity Crisis' Thrice, 'Merican' The Decendants, 'The Disco Before The Breakdown: First Pressing' Against Me!, 'Live At Gilman St.' Green Day, 'The Massacer' 50 Cent. All are great.
I need a job badly. I have no money.
I am also tossing around the idea of a girlfriend. I will be accepting resumes starting today. Musts: Like skinny boys, be nice, and cute. Please contact me with any interests.
Well, that's my monthly update. Hope everything is well with whoever reads this. word.

Today driving home from school the car in front of me swurved to the left and ran right off the side of the road. It went throw a large steel fence and over like a 15 foot drop. I didn't know what happened so I stopped my car immediatly and went and looked over the edge. I saw the huge truck flipped on it's roof. I thought the two kids inside were pretty much dead and I was pretty worried. But the guy who lived in the house where the truck almost slammed into called 911 and then pried the door open. Luckly, the two kids (which both went to my school) were alright. The cops showed up soon after they got out. I told them what happened because I was the only person to witness the accident. As I was driving home I remembered what happened about 30 seconds before the wreck. The truck that got in the accident had dropped off a person about 50 yards away from where accident was. The girl who was sitting in the middle then shifted over to the passager seat and put her seat belt on... If they wouldn't of dropped off the first person I'm pretty sure that girl would of died because the truck was smashed up pretty badly in the front-middle. So they are really lucky.
After that I got home and went shopping with my mom and got some cheap clothes. I will be sexy for a few days sporting some new shirts!
After I washed my car in the freezing cold and clean the inside and wheels. pimp.
After that Rob picked me up and we went to pick up Tyler at Giant Eagle. We went to Rite Aid and "bought" some stuff off of Tyler's sister. Rob pulled through big time.
I ate some food in between all that shit to I think. word.
